| Making A Purchase Browse our store, click on the 'add to cart' button beside any items that you wish to buy, this places your goods into the shopping cart. When you are ready, click on 'Checkout' this will take you to the checkout page where you can review your order and make any changes you need. To complete your transaction you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept online credit card payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We deliver anywhere in Ireland using Nightline, after confirmation of your order details, your goods can be with you the same or next day using Nightline. The costing is 12.35 up to 25 Kilos with fifty cents added for each additional kilo. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made within Ireland, the standard VAT rate is included in the retail price where applicable. |

| Returns Policy Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund after goods are returned to us in the same condition in which they were shipped. Or we will replace items if they are faulty on delivery to you, and we are notified within 24 hours of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. |
